Here at Dinosaur Supplies we aim to as flexible and accommodating as possible and that is why we offer a variety of delivery options to suit your requirements. We have carefully selected one of the UK's leading quality carriers to make sure your goods are delivered on time and our quality standards are met.
STANDARD SERVICE
Goods are delivered next day by 5.30pm.
A.M. DELIVERY SERVICE*
Goods are delivered next day before 12.00pm.
A.M. PRE-10 DELIVERY SERVICE*
Goods are delivered next day before 10.00am.
SAME DAY SERVICE*
Goods are delivered same day subect to location an receipt of order.
PALLET DELIVERY*
Pallet deliveries are despatched on a next day or 2 day service.
PLAIN LABEL SERVICE*
Goods are delivered next day direct to your customer under plain label.
COLLECTION SERVICE
Customers may collect goods direct from our distribution centre providing credit clearance has been obtained prior to arrival.
NORTHERN-IRELAND, EIRE, CHANNEL ISLAND, INTERNATIONAL*
This service is normally 2-10 day delivery from date of order depending on location.
* These services carry a surcharge and some services have certain geographical limitations. If in doubt please ask about services in your area.
All orders under £250 (ex. VAT) will carry a small order surcharge of £5.00 to include carriage.
Please note, written confirmation of order cancellation must be provided prior to despatch of goods. Orders cancelled after despatch will incur a re-stocking charge.
