Dinosaur Supplies is firmly committed to the supply of only original products which are backed by full manufacturer warranties. All our products are genuine European products supplied for resale in the EEA. It is our policy to inform and educate customers about the threat of counterfeit products and the associated effects and consequences.
Counterfeit products are estimated to represent up to 10% of today's European consumables markets and this is a concern to manufacturers, distributors, and end-users alike. Apart from the inferior build quality and poor output quality, counterfeit products can damage your printers and void your warranties and guarantees which could cost you much more that the price of an ink cartridge.
Buying or trading in counterfeit goods only helps to support the activities of criminal gangs who's list of illegal activities usually go much further than just the production and supply of counterfeit goods.
We have an obligation and responsibly to our customers and we rigorously observe a procurement policy limited to authorised distribution channels within the EEA. Any knowledge of counterfeit activity will be reported immediately to the ICCE and other relevant authorities.
